Charming Stay at a Classy Place

fresh menu friendly staff heated floors unwinding service
Location was good and breakfast offered a fresh menu. Staff was friendly and helpful. The House Room had nice touches like the heated floors in the bathroom. An unwinding service during the evening prepared the room for sleep, I liked it.
My glass of wine sat on the table as I poured it by myself. The waiter forgot. This was really odd.
Dining
9/10

the staff provided superb service and were responsive when i made requests. the location was also spacious and the food was great. i found the overall experience satisfactory, it met my expectations.
breakfast was a bit of a disaster. it took almost an hour for two portions of poached eggs on toast with avocado. they weren't very busy! when our breakfast eventually arrived, it was missing the eggs.

fresh dishes kind staff thoughtful spray
The breakfast was gorgeous. I enjoyed the freshly prepared dishes presented in the dining room. The staff was very kind and attentive. Every member I met was lovely. I especially liked the sleepy spray beside the pillow. It was a thoughtful touch.
The decor was a little UNDERWHELMING.
